Battambang, KH – Volunteers help make compost – 31 May 2013

Mary and Polly from UK have helped GP who is starting to collect brown and green grasses, which he uses to make good quality compost for the Garden Shop.  They helped GP by chopping up the brown and green grasses to  shorter lengths so that they decompose quicker in the  compost pile.

The compost making will enable GP to increase his family’s income by working for the shop, which will provide a reliable income for him and his family.
